Ms. Donna has been part of the dance world for more than 25 years, first as a dedicated dance mom and now as an important member of The Pulse community. Through her daughters’ dance journeys, she spent countless years immersed in classes, rehearsals, competitions, performances, and the unique experiences that make the dance world so special. After her daughters graduated, Donna transitioned her passion and knowledge of the dance community into administrative work. In 2020, she joined The Pulse as the Front Desk Manager, bringing with her years of experience in organization, communication, marketing, and working with families. Donna’s love for children and her understanding of the dance journey from a parent’s perspective allow her to connect with both dancers and their families in a special way. She especially enjoys using her marketing and administrative strengths to help create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for everyone who walks through The Pulse doors. For Donna, The Pulse is much more than a workplace—it is a community. She finds tremendous joy in watching dancers grow in confidence, discover their passions, build friendships, and make memories that will stay with them long after their dance years are over. What began more than 25 years ago as a journey as a dance mom has evolved into a role she is incredibly grateful to have today.
