Kelsey grew up dancing in Kansas City, Missouri since the age of 3 and spent three years with The Pulse Performing Arts Center's CPC (training under the FABULOUS MR. CURTIS). Kelsey always had a passion for performing and teaching, after high school she continued dancing for the Missouri State University Dance Team, competing nationally and placing in the top 10 for 4 years. While on the team, she served as Captain and Community Service Coordinator. Kelsey studied Communication Disorders and achieved a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. While in Springfield, she taught tap, hip hop, ballet, jazz and lyrical to all ages at a local dance studio. In addition to teaching dance classes, she instructed adults in hip-hop fitness, barre pilates and adult dance classes at a local fitness studio. After achieving her degree Kelsey returned to Kansas City and is currently a member of the Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleading Squad! Kelsey is excited to be back in her hometown to continue performing and teaching at her home studio! Kelsey is thrilled to start her third season on faculty at The Pulse!
